All our oils derive from the first pressing of the olive just hours after harvest. The varieties of olives produce different flavours:

 

Mild - Produced from the Spanish Picual olive, this oil has a mild buttery flavour with low pepperiness. Perfect for baking and stir fry.


Classic – Bronze Medal 2019 Australian International Olive Awards  Our award winning Classic oil derives from the Italian Frantio olive, this oil has fresh, grassy flavours with a mild peppery finish. Excellent for dipping, salads and in pasta sauces.

 

Kalamata – The Greek Kalamata olive produces a smooth and fruity oil with a moderate amount of pepperiness. Delicious over salads, pastas and for dipping.
